Milaap Peace Foundation is a Section 8 non-profit organization, registered under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and listed on NGO Darpan, Niti Aayog and CSR-1 compliant. We are a strategic national development partner — not a charity, but a structured, outcome-driven organization built to address the root causes of inequality, exclusion, and unfulfilled potential across India.

India's growth story is extraordinary. But it has gaps — deep, systemic, generational gaps — that statistics rarely capture and policy alone cannot close.

A young man in a border district who turned to drugs because conflict took everything else from him. A girl who cleared her Class 10 boards but never got a chance to go further. A woman who can run a household of six but has never been allowed to run her own career. A family below the poverty line with ambition far above it.

These are not edge cases. These are millions of Indians waiting for one structured opportunity.

Our Work

Health Care— Drug Awareness, Rehabilitation & Livelihood

We work in conflict-affected and border-proximate regions where drug abuse has emerged as a silent epidemic — particularly among youth. Our intervention model combines identification through government rehabilitation centres, integrated skill development, and corporate placement to create a complete recovery-to-employment pathway. Our Pulwama Pilot is a nationally recognised blueprint for this approach.

Education — Girl Child & Female Education

Skill Development — Digital & Vocational Training

Our skill programmes are built around one goal — employment. Not just certificates, but careers. Our AI-Assisted Office Skills & Employability Programme for Women is a 45-day, government-certified, AI-integrated training model that takes underprivileged women from their first keyboard interaction to their first job interview. We align with NIELIT CCC, Skill India, PMKVY, and the IndiaAI Mission to ensure every certification we deliver carries national recognition and real market value.

We believe that educating a girl is the single highest-return investment a society can make. Our education programmes focus on keeping girls in school, bridging learning gaps, and building the confidence and aspiration that formal education alone cannot always deliver. We work with first-generation learners, school dropouts, and young women who fell through the cracks of the system.

Women Empowerment & Livelihood Generation

Economic independence is not a benefit of empowerment — it is the foundation of it. Our livelihood programmes target housewives, BPL women, differently-abled candidates, and women from SC, ST, and OBC communities who have the will but have never had the way. We build skills, create placement pathways, and connect women to local employer networks — turning potential into income, and income into dignity.
